Q. What exactly is medication management and why is it so important?
A. Medication management is the process of organizing your medications to maximize convenience, safety, and taking the right dose at the right time. When medications are taken either too frequently, or not frequently enough, the odds are that they will not work as intended. This leads to increased doctor visits, increased prescription costs, and most importantly, may prevent you from getting better faster. Pill boxes are still the most cost effective and simple solutions for effectively organizing your medications.

Q. Why do pill boxes work so well for managing medications?
A. The key feature of a pill box is that you can see if you missed a dose or not. With a vial full of pills, it is very difficult to tell if you have or have not taken your medication that day. Even if you do forget a dose, it is easy to quickly get back on track without the risk of under-or over-dosing.
